- You will not upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- You will not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the service, you grant us permission to store and display your content as needed to provide the service.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features of Art Memory Box require payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Monthly plans renew automatically unless canceled
- 5-month and annual plans do not automatically renew
- You may manage or cancel your plan at any time
7. Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will review your request.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Art Memory Box is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
